Clinical studies are research projects involving people both voluntarily and involuntarily, with the aim of answering questions about a particular treatment, therapy or effect of any drug.
In the USA, these clinical studies are developed and managed by the National Biotechnology Information Center. They can also be found entirely on PubMedCentral – the National Medical Library of the United States, a complete archive of biomedical science literature.
